USA Football Adult Talent ID Camps give athletes from all sports a pathway to represent the U.S. National Teams on the world's biggest stage as part of the next generation of elite athletes:
USA Football's Adult Talent ID Camps are a launching pad for additional opportunities for Athlete Members to qualify for National Team Development Program (NTDP) and U.S. National Team activities.
As part of the NTDP and the 2026 U.S. National Team talent evaluation pathway, the Adult Talent ID Camps provide men and women athletes ages 18 years or older with the opportunity to showcase their talent in combine testing, flag-focused drills, and competitive scrimmages while receiving professional evaluation and feedback.
USA Football is the only organization that selects and leads the men's and women's U.S. National Team programs and evaluates the next generation of U.S. National Team athletes.
USA Football offers opportunities for coaches to participate in the National Team Development Program (NTDP) through Talent ID Camps and other events.
Talent ID Camps allow coaches to showcase their skills in front of the NTDP staff and personnel, be considered for a Select Team coaching role, and become eligible for additional coaching opportunities USA Football offers.
To be considered and evaluated for coaching at a Talent ID Camp, coaches must be a Coach Member and complete the application process (spots are limited, and final selection is not guaranteed).
If you are an adult athlete, you can schedule a time to talk to a National Team Development Program representative here.
Adult Talent ID Camp registration is $99.00. All registrations must be completed by an adult (18 years or older).
You must also be a USA Football Athlete Member, which is required for registration/participation. Talent ID Camp registration is separate from the purchase of an Athlete Membership.

Athletes who participate in an Adult Talent ID Camp in 2025 will be eligible for the following competitions:
Adults
Athletes are evaluated annually for the U.S. National Teams and Junior National Teams. USA Football leads and organizes the National Team Development Program (NTDP) to support the next generation of athletes and give athletes a chance to #RepTheFlag!
USA Football is building the developmental pipeline to feed future U.S. National Teams competing in international competitions, including the Olympics. Through the NTDP, top flag football players nationwide are identified, trained, and selected for the next level of competition on USA Football's Select Teams.
With the help of U.S. National Team personnel and resources, Select Team athletes will hone their skills and raise their game as they train and compete in USA Football's Select Bowl. Top performances will further cement why they should earn an invite to the U.S. National Team Trials.
No. While National Team coaches or athletes may participate in other events, the only camps that make you eligible for a Select Team or U.S. National Team Trials invite are Talent ID Camps operated by USA Football.
