Here are the basics that should be in your insurance playbook, but just like any defense, a few options may be appropriate for your organization.
Protects the organization against liability claims brought by third parties alleging bodily injury, property damage, personal or advertising injury arising out of premises, operations, products, and completed operations of the organization.
Protects athletes, coaches, volunteers, and trainers from the financial impact and consequences of unexpected medical bills while participating in an approved activity by providing benefits to the insured for the treatment of illness, injury, or disability.
Each organization is different. USA Football recommends that organizations consider Sexual Abuse and Molestation, Directors' and Officers' Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber Insurance, and Inland Marine (Equipment) coverage.
