Each TEAM USA FOOTBALL® ID type is valid through the calendar year and automatically renew each January with the payment method on file.
Parents or guardians must purchase an ID for athletes under the age of 18. To do so, you can create a free account and add your child as a linked profile. All Athlete IDs should be assigned to the child’s account, not the parent’s, ensuring the athlete receives the appropriate benefits. To create an account and complete the purchase, please click here.
To file your claim:
- Log in to your USA Football account dashboard.
- Navigate to the “File a Claim” button in the accident insurance section of your member benefits.
- Follow the steps to submit your claim through our insurance partner, Players Health.
