The U.S. Men's Flag National Team is the top-ranked team in the IFAF Flag Football World Rankings. The team has won 6 total IFAF Flag Football World Championships, including 5 consecutive world titles.
The U.S. Women's Flag National Team has won 3 total IFAF Flag Football World Championships, all coming consecutively in recent years.
The 15U & 17U Boys' U.S. Flag National Team represents the USA at the highest level of international competition at the youth flag football level and has won 4 gold medals in the 15U division and 3 gold medals in the 17U division.
The 15U & 17U Girls' U.S. Flag National Team represents the USA at the highest level of international competition at the youth flag football level and has won 3 gold medals in the 15U division and 4 gold medals in the 17U division.
Over 75 U.S. National Team alumni have been chosen in the NFL Draft. 15 U.S. National Team alums have been drafted in the first round of the NFL Draft and 14 have been selected in the second round. 6 players have achieved All-Pro honors during their careers in the league.
The USA Football Women's U.S. Tackle National Team is the only team to represent the country against international competition and has won 4 consecutive IFAF Women's World Championships in 2010, 2013, 2017 and 2022.
