That's why age verification is included with both the TEAM USA FOOTBALL® Youth Athlete ID and the Youth Athlete Roster Card, providing a safe, secure, and easy-to-use system—For You. For The Game.
USA Football Age Verification
A simple and secure way to complete the age verification process.
Age verification is included with the purchase of the Youth Athlete ID or the Youth Athlete Roster Card.
After purchase, upload a digital copy of a State ID, Birth Certificate, Passport, or Military ID.
Uploaded documents are reviewed within 7 business days and destroyed once verification is complete.
Your age verification remains valid as long as your Youth Athlete ID or Youth Athlete Roster Card is active.
🅘Student IDs and temporary or expired driver's licenses are not valid forms of identification and will not be accepted. If denied approval, USA Football's age verification system will send a notification to the athlete or their parent/guardian, along with information on how to resubmit the required documents.

No, you will not need to resubmit every year. Age verification is a one-time process.
Yes, all products are set to auto-renew in January of each year. Your payment amount depends on the product you have selected. To check your renewal information, you can log in to your USA Football dashboard and go to your purchases.
The specific reason for the denial is included in the email you received. Please review that message and follow the instructions to submit an acceptable document so we can complete your verification.
