LA to Host World’s Top Flag Football Players at USA Football’s ‘Summer Series’ June 20-22

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. - USA Football, the sport’s National Governing Body responsible for selecting, training and leading the U.S. National Teams for international competition, is bringing a series of elite international events to Los Angeles on June 20-22. USA Football Summer Series, presented by Under Armour, will transform the city into a global stage for the future of flag football ahead of the sport’s highly anticipated Olympic debut in 2028. This will be the largest collection of international teams that USA Football has ever assembled.

Throughout the weekend, three different types of competitions will be held—featuring youth and adult flag football players—all following the International Federation of American Football’s (IFAF) 5-on-5 rules that fans will see at the Olympics. Media are invited to attend for a front-row seat to preview these athletes and experience one of the world’s fastest growing sports. Leading into the competitive weekend, media will also have the opportunity to watch the innovative Turf Tank Line Marking Robot get the fields painted and ready for elite flag football.
