To access the grant application, you will need to ensure that your organization is enrolled with USA Football, then you will need your USA Football user account / login information; you will not be able to proceed with the grant application otherwise.

To complete the grant application, you will need the following information on hand BEFORE starting the application:

Ages of youth served
Which football options your organization currently offers
What new game types your organization added in 2025
If you’ve received a grant from USA Football in the past
A brief description of how the grant would be used
Which grant option your organization most needs

We strongly recommend you complete all application questions as accurately as possible, as applications with inaccurate, incomplete, or missing information may be removed from consideration.

USA Football’s application system does not allow you to save your application and resume it later; you must complete the application in a single session.

USA Football will accept Fall Grant applications through September 3, 2025.
