The USA Football Passing Accelerator is an exclusive training event designed for 15U and 17U girls and adult women athletes looking to elevate their game.
Built to help identify and develop the next generation of talent, this Accelerator offers athletes more opportunities to develop, compete, and showcase their skills in front of USA Football coaches and scouts.
This unique invite-only camp is centered around 5v5 flag football QB and WR development, with a strong emphasis on building elite fundamentals and advanced technical skills.

Get Scouted
Athletes evaluated by USA Football at Talent ID Camps, Digital Combines, National Team Trials, and other events or competitions can earn an official invite to an Accelerator or other future USA Football events.

Athletes must receive an official invite to an Accelerator from USA Football, meet age eligibility and other athlete requirements, and have a TEAM USA FOOTBALL® Athlete ID to attend and participate.

🅘To register an athlete under 18 years old for the Accelerator ($249), a parent or guardian must log in or create a USA Football account after receiving an official invitation from USA Football. Adult athletes 18 and over can register themselves. All athletes must have a TEAM USA FOOTBALL® Athlete ID to attend.

The Passing Accelerator is for athletes committed to developing their passing skills and taking the next step in their development. Athletes receive comprehensive coaching as they progress from foundational mechanics to movement execution and full passing progressions.

PASSING ACCELERATOR EXPERIENCE
Athletes develop the skills needed to perform at a higher level.
Provides full, comprehensive QB and WR development built on foundational fundamentals.
Teaches from the ground up: beginning with stationary mechanics (stance, grip, footwork, release, route fundamentals).
Progresses into controlled movement training (drops, route timing, synchronized QB/WR work).
Advances into structured progression work (coverage recognition, full field reads, route adjustments, decision making).
Integrates classroom learning, on-field technical instruction, and applied competitive reps.
Emphasizes timing, spacing, synchronization, and precision within the passing game.
Focuses on repetition, detail, and measurable skill progression.
Reinforces disciplined mechanics that translate directly to game performance.
The National Team Development Program is designed to identify, develop, and elevate athletes across the country.
The Passing Accelerator creates another opportunity for quarterbacks and receivers to train, compete, and be evaluated within that pathway.
By expanding access to elite instruction and exposure, USA Football is helping discover the next generation of talent and building the pipeline to the National Team.

As the National Governing Body, USA Football develops and selects the athletes who earn the opportunity to protect the Gold Standard on the Junior and Adult National Teams.

The Passing Accelerator is an exclusive training camp focused on quarterback and receiver development for select 15U and 17U girls and adult women athletes. Hosted at The Bolt, the official practice facility of the Los Angeles Chargers, participants will be coached directly by USA Football coaches and U.S. National Team personnel, bringing world class expertise and proven development methods to every session.
Athletes will receive focused instruction on:
- Stationary mechanics and stance fundamentals
- Route technique and efficient movement patterns
- Route details including stems, leverage, and separation mechanics
- Catch mechanics and ball tracking
- Center play specific to 5v5 flag systems
- Concept work and understanding spacing within 5v5 offenses
Participants will also be evaluated by USA Football scouts throughout the event and receive written feedback following the camp.
This is a unique opportunity for talented athletes to develop their skills, compete alongside top players, and gain exposure within the U.S. National Team pathway..
Athletes leave the Passing Accelerator with improved skills and a stronger understanding of the passing game.
The Passing Accelerator is an invite-only event. Invitations are earned through athlete evaluation within the National Team Development Program. Athletes may be identified through Talent ID Camps, Digital Combines, National Team Trials, USA Football scouting, nominations, or other evaluation opportunities.
The cost to attend the Passing Accelerator is $249 for athletes who receive an official invitation and choose to participate.
All athletes must also have a valid TEAM USA FOOTBALL® Athlete ID to attend.
Athletes and families should plan for travel, lodging, meals, and other related expenses associated with attending the event.
Athlete development does not end when the Passing Accelerator concludes.
Athletes remain part of the National Team Development Program and may continue to be evaluated for future opportunities, including Stars & States, Select Bowl, and U.S. National Team Trials.
Athletes also gain access to ongoing development resources, training tools, and the latest skills and drills through the USA Football App to help continue their growth beyond the event.
