The TEAM USA FOOTBALL® Coach ID and Official ID connect you to the National Team Pathway and elite flag football competition. Getting your ID provides access to tools and resources that support your flag football journey, as well as eligibility to coach or officiate at National Team Development Program or National Team qualifying events.

The Football Development Model (FDM) is USA Football's long-term athlete development model, developed in collaboration with the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) and the FDM Council, a group of medical, football, and long-term athlete development experts. It's designed to help coaches and organizations teach athletes based on their age, the skill they are learning and game type.
