Enrollment Plus+ Benefits & Requirements
Organizations participating in Enrollment Plus+ receive several benefits designed to enhance their current program. With clear, minimal requirements, leagues can participate while maintaining focus on athletes and coaches.
Benefits are unlocked when program requirements are fulfilled before each season and remain available as long as requirements are maintained throughout the season.

To participate in Enrollment Plus+, organizations must meet the following three requirements—one at the organization level, one for coaches, and one for athletes.
- Organization must be Enrolled on usafootball.com during the current year
- Enrollment is free and unlocks eligibility for grants and access to USA Football resources and dashboards
- All coaches must complete the USA Football Youth Coach Course
- Cost: $19.50 per coach (must be associated with your Enrolled organization; otherwise $24.50)
- Upon course completion, coaches gain access to additional coaching resources
- Coaches may also complete the Advanced Flag Course to fulfill this requirement
- All athletes must have a Youth Athlete Roster Card
- Cost: $14.50 per athlete
- Roster Card benefits include:
- Age verification
- Access to the USA Football App
- Online roster tool access
- Athletes may also have a Youth Athlete ID, which is used for eligibility within the National Team Development Program
- Requirements must be completed prior to the start of each season to maintain active Enrollment Plus+ status
- Organizations are responsible for ensuring all coaches and athletes remain compliant throughout the season
- Access to Enrollment Plus+ benefits is contingent upon meeting and maintaining all program requirements
USA FOOTBALL AGE VERIFICATION
A simple and secure way to confirm athlete eligibility for your league
Age verification is included with the purchase of a Youth Athlete Roster Card or Youth Athlete ID.
After purchase, upload a digital copy of your passport, state-issued ID, or birth certificate.
Student IDs are not accepted
Submitted documents are reviewed and verified within 7 business days, then securely destroyed.
Age verification remains valid as long as the athlete’s Roster Card or ID remains active.

Enrollment Plus+ is designed to provide a more streamlined, accessible way for youth organizations to align with USA Football through coach education, athlete engagement, and roster management tools. While past programs emphasized different benefits, Enrollment Plus+ focuses on training, compliance, and organizational support at a lower overall cost.
No. Enrollment Plus+ does not include general liability or accident insurance coverage for organizations or athletes. Organizations are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage, but you can access the USA Football Portal through Players Health to get insurance coverage or a quote.
Enrollment Plus+ is focused on education, age verification, and program support rather than insurance benefits.
Enrollment Plus+ is designed for community-based youth tackle leagues, youth flag leagues, competitive flag clubs, and parent- or in-house–run youth football organizations. Scholastic programs, including middle schools and high schools, are not eligible to participate.
Age verification documents are used solely to confirm athlete eligibility. Submitted documents are reviewed within seven business days and securely destroyed after verification. USA Football does not retain copies of these documents beyond the verification process.
To remain active in Enrollment Plus+, organizations must ensure all coaches complete required training and all athletes maintain an active Youth Athlete Roster Card prior to each season. Meeting these requirements allows organizations to continue accessing program benefits throughout the year.
