To continue simplifying insurance for our participants, we worked with insurance partners to identify the recommended coverages youth programs need. Through our new partners at SportsLine Insurance, you can get best-in-class insurance coverage at a competitive price!
Here are the basics that should be in your insurance playbook, but just like any defense, there are a few options that may be appropriate for your organization.
This is what protects the organization against bodily injury or property damage for operation of the organization.
This is what protects the athletes, coaches, volunteers when an unexpected injury occurs during a practice, a game, or on the property.
Each organization is different. Organizations should also consider Hired/Non-Owned Auto Liability, Sexual Abuse & Molestation, Directors’ & Officers’ Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Crime coverage, and Inland Marine (Equipment) coverage.
Per the operating agreement through enrollment, enrolled organizations must meet minimum criteria for certain coverages that reflect where we believe organizations need to be to best protect their athletes and themselves.
