How well do you perform under pressure? How well do you – as an individual – stand out when you’re not lining up next to your team? These scrimmages will give you the chance to show how you can elevate those around you when the Gold is on the line.
This is the moment to set your PR – personal record – when it comes to measurement. You’ll be measured and get your results from 3 High Performance Combine Tests. Bring your elite performance with your elite skills to showcase why you deserve a spot in the program.
At each Talent ID Camp, athletes from every age division have the opportunity to be selected and recognized with an award for their sportsmanship and overall performance.
Take a sneak peek at what it's like for athletes and what USA Football scouts look for at Talent ID Camps. These participants and scouts were at the Talent ID Camp hosted with the New York Giants on April 21, 2024, at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Talent ID Camps are part of the National Team Development Program pathway for Athlete Members to become eligible for a roster spot on a USA Football Select Team and an invite opportunity to U.S. National Team Trials.
Through the National Development Program, flag football players from around the country will hone their skills and raise their game as they train, compete, and are evaluated to represent their region at USA Football's Select Bowl!
USA Football is expanding opportunities for coaches to participate in the National Team Development Program through Talent ID Camps and other events.
Talent ID Camps give coaches the best chance to showcase their skills in front of the National Team Development Program staff, be considered for a Select Team coaching role, and become eligible for additional coaching opportunities offered by USA Football.
To be evaluated and considered to coach at a Talent ID Camp, coaches must become a USA Football Coach Member and complete the application process (spots are limited and final selection is not guaranteed).
USA Football’s National Team Development Program is open to athletes aged 11-23 in boys divisions (12U; 14U; 16U) and girls/women’s divisions (12U; 14U; 16U, 18U; 23U). There are no coed divisions in the NTDP.
Athletes are eligible to participate in the gender category listed on their birth certificate. If a copy of your birth certificate is not available, USA Football may accept state ID cards, passports or other government documents, in that order.
Athletes participating in USA Football operated or sanctioned events may be asked for proof of eligibility at these events.

Every year, athletes are evaluated for the U.S. National Team or a Junior U.S. National Team. To support the next generation of athletes on the cusp of greatness and give more athletes a chance to #RepTheFlag, USA Football leads the National Team Development Program!
USA Football is building this developmental pipeline to feed future U.S. National Teams competing in international competitions, including the Olympics. Through the National Team Development Program, top flag football players from around the country are identified, trained and selected to be developed and exposed to the next level of competition on USA Football’s Select Teams.
With the help of U.S. National Team personnel and resources, Select Team athletes will hone their skills and raise their game as they train and compete in USA Football’s Select Bowl. Top performances will further cement why they should earn an invite to the U.S. National Team Trials.
While National Team coaches or athletes may participate in this space, the only camps that count as U.S. National Team Qualifying Events or that make you eligible for a Select Team are Talent ID Camps operated by USA Football.
