Download and complete the claim file when a claim arises for Accident and Health. After the form is completed, notify and send the claim form to AIG. If a General Liability, Crime or Inland Marine Claim arises, notify Houston Casualty Company. If a Directors and Officers Claim arises, notify Great American Insurance Company.
