Kelron Sykes to Evaluate Players at San Diego Player Academy for U15 National Team
By Michael Kuebler Tue, 06/08/2010 - 12:29pmAs part of USA Football's Player Academy at Helix Charter High School in La Mesa, Calif., from July 19-July 22, NFL scout Kelron Sykes will evaluate 13- and 14-year-olds for possible selection to USA Football's first ever U15 National Team. Throughout the summer at all of USA Football's academies, members of the selection committee will be closely monitoring players for Team USA, which will compete in the Four Nations Cup in July of 2011.

Don Majkowski to Speak and Coach at Player Academy at Lassiter High School
By Michael Kuebler Tue, 06/01/2010 - 10:37amIn just two short weeks, USA Football's Player Academy schedule kicks off on June 14 at Lassiter High School in Marietta, Ga., with the first of the independent non-profit's 10 camps.
These academies are premier camps modeled after NFL training camps with classroom and on-field training. Players receive position specific and age-appropriate instruction on proper fundamentals and techniques from the area's best youth and high school coaches.
