What Officials Can Learn From Coaches

Certainly officials get frustrated by coaches for good reason, and it's true that there are coaches who shouldn't be coaches. But even if we don't want to learn from coaches, should we at least try to understand their game views to help with in-game management? Here are some thoughts worth pondering.

Our local JV team has approximately 48 players. As parents, should we expect to see every team member play in a game at some point in the season? Our coach seems to play the same guys each and every game and rarely puts in anyone new.
