Fundraising Goals Give Teams Something to Aim For

In any successful fundraising campaign, it is important to first set realistic goals for the program and then develop a system to make sure these goals are reached. Once the entire team and volunteers are on board with the benefits of the fundraiser, accomplishing these goals will be that much easier.

Dwayne LeGrand learned about the BRAX Spirit Cups fundraiser through USA Football, and his league had great success with the program. A USA Football  Commissioner Membership also provides opportunities for background checks, certified education and equipment grants.

Carla Garrett's first season as president of Perrymont Athletics featured a trip to the Hill City Youth Football & Cheerleading Association, Inc. championship game for 7- 8-year-olds. However, the youth football and cheerleading organization based in Lynchburg, Va., experienced success off the field as well.
